Events Access Wristband Collection & Information Desk

You will need an events access wristband to get into all events and excursion in the travel package.  You simply require a valid id to collect your events access wristband.  You can’t collect an event wristband on behalf of another individual.  Event wristbands can’t be collected at the entrance of our events. The only location to redeem your events wristband is:

The information desk and event wristband collection will operate during the following hours:

Thursday September 14,  4pm – 5pm 

 

Hotel Check-in Process

Unless otherwise requested check-in is on Thursday September 14th at 3:00pm and check-out is on Monday September 18th by 11am.  You will require a valid id and debit or credit card for incidentals. 

Pick up your happy hour drink tickets for your group upon check in.

 

Airport Transfers

We do not provide airport transfers.  You would need to arrange this.  The hotel is about a 25 minute taxi ride away from Daniel K. Inouye International Airport aka Honolulu International Airport (HNL).  There are public taxi stands directly outside the airport. Honolulu also has Uber car services available, and these services are also available right outside the airport. Just connect to Honolulu International Airport’s Wi-Fi connection and request yourself an Uber.
